Training · Self check

Self check. Twenty questions.

Answer each in your own words, then open the answer and compare. Nothing here is sent anywhere and nothing here gates your link: your link and kit arrived by email the day you were approved. This is the check you run on yourself before you introduce anyone.

1. Say the app in one sentence.
Listing AutomatEr is a desktop app that posts the listings an agent has permission to market to Facebook Marketplace on a schedule, with the brokerage's attribution on every post.
2. Where does permission come from?
From a brokerage. For the agent's own office, the office's inventory under the broker's rules. For another brokerage's listing, that listing broker's permission first. Never from the app, Neoasis, or you.
3. What does the app do about permission?
It does not grant it. It keeps the record and writes the attribution.
4. What are the three lines on every post?
Marketed by [Agent Name]. Listing courtesy of [Brokerage Name]. This is not my listing. I am marketing it on behalf of [Brokerage Name].
5. Who do you call, and why not the agent?
The managing broker. The broker sets the rules on where inventory shows up; an agent cannot approve a marketing tool for the office.
6. Where do you find the broker of record in Arizona? In Colorado?
Arizona: the ADRE public database, the designated broker on the brokerage record. Colorado: the DORA license lookup, the employing broker on the brokerage record.
7. Which number do you dial?
The office phone on the state record. Never a cell unless the broker gave it to you.
8. What is the ask, and who texts whom?
Watch the demo page at listingautomater.com/demo, the link is in my email. Then start the trial from that page with my link, so one or two agents try it this week. Then text John at listingautomater.com/text. You never text anyone; the broker texts John.
9. A broker asks what it costs. What do you say?
It is a monthly subscription per agent, cancel anytime, free trial first. The current price and trial length are on the pricing page, and the link is in my email. Never a number from memory.
10. A broker asks if it is compliant. What do you say?
The app writes the attribution and the disclosure on every post automatically. Here is a sample, and your compliance person can read the exact wording. Whether a listing can be marketed is your call and the listing broker's call.
11. A broker says the platform shuts these accounts down.
It posts through the agent's own logged in browser, on the agent's schedule, with real photos and real disclosures, no mass posting, no fake accounts. I cannot promise how any platform behaves and nobody can. The demo shows how it posts, and the link is in my email.
12. A broker says we are not interested. What happens next?
No problem, thanks for the two minutes. If it is alright I will leave you the one pager. Then stop. No second pitch.
13. Name the follow up sequence and when it ends.
Day 0 within the hour, Day 3, Day 10, Day 21, then done. Own address, one at a time, no bulk, no texts.
14. How do you dial, and what tools are banned?
By hand, speaking live. No autodialer, no power dialer, no recorded or AI voice, no text messages.
15. When do you call, and which state first?
Business hours local to the office. Colorado only, until John says in writing that Arizona calling is open.
16. How does a subscription get tied to you?
The customer enters my code at checkout on listingautomater.com/trial. If they sign up without it, I email info@listingautomater.com with the brokerage name that day.
17. State the pay terms.
30 percent of collected payments for the first 12 months, then 10 percent for as long as it stays active, plus a $50 bounty from the first collected payment. Paid out of what we collect, after we collect it, on the next monthly statement. No cap.
18. What is the clawback?
Cancel or refund within 30 days of the first payment: nothing earned. A later refund or dispute on a payment already paid to me comes off my next statement, bounty included.
19. What do you say about the annual plan, and how does every pay sentence end?
One collected payment, figured the same way, 30 percent plus the $50 bounty, on one statement. No dollar examples. It ends with: contract terms, not a promise of earnings.
20. Name five things you never say.
Income or lead numbers. That the app is compliant or promises compliance. A portal, lead platform, or listing service name. Any listing, or your listings when it is not the agent's own. A price from memory or a discount other than my code.

The process

  1. Write your twenty answers, numbered, for yourself.
  2. Open each answer and compare. Good looks like: every fixed sentence word for word, no price, no result.
  3. Anything you got wrong, reread module 1 or 4 and run the question again.
  4. Your link is already yours, so the only thing this decides is whether you are ready to send it. That call is yours.
