Training · Module 3 of 7

The call.

Your one job here: say the reason for your call, say the permission sentence before you are asked, and make the one ask.

Calling is one way to reach a broker you do not already know. Three dials, then park the office and move on. Most of your first customers come from people you already know.

1. The shape, under three minutes. Sample language.

Examples and schedules here are optional. You choose your prospects, your channels, your words, and your hours.

Say this in your own words; only the rules on the start page and the never list below are fixed.

0:45PermissionThe app only posts listings the agent is permitted to market: your office's inventory under your rules, or another broker's listing with that broker's permission first.
1:15AttributionEvery post says marketed by the agent, listing courtesy of the brokerage that holds the listing, and that the agent is marketing on behalf of it.

The warm opener, for a broker you already know

Examples and schedules here are optional. You choose your prospects, your channels, your words, and your hours.

Hi [Broker], it is [Rep]. The reason for my call: I am working with Listing AutomatEr, then the sentence. Brokers are the first call we make, and you are the first broker I know. It takes two minutes. Then the permission beat, word for word.

2. Gatekeepers

Ask for the broker by role. Asked what it is regarding: the reason for my call, the sentence, then "brokers are the first call we make. Is he in?" Broker out: take a time and the name, log it, call back.

3. Three dials per row, then park it

Three dial attempts on three different days. One voicemail, on the first. After the third, park the row; it comes back next month.

The voicemail: Hi [Broker], this is [Rep] with Listing AutomatEr, then the sentence. I will call back [day]. If it is easier, my number is [number].

4. Calling rules

  1. Office lines from the state record only, during business hours local to the office.
  2. You dial by hand and speak live. No autodialer, no power dialer, no recorded or AI voice. You never text anyone; the broker texts John, the only text in the program.
  3. Never a cell phone unless the broker gave you that number.
  4. Arizona offices wait until John tells you in writing that Arizona calling is open.

5. What you never say. Rules, not sample language.

No income numbers, no lead counts, no results, and no dollar examples, to anyone, ever. Never say the app is compliant or that it promises compliance. Never name a portal or a lead platform, and never name a listing service or its initials. Never say the app, or Neoasis, or you, grants permission. Never say any listing. Never quote a price from memory or offer a discount other than your code.

Before you go

Answer out loud, then open each.

Say the opener, reason first.
Reason for my call, the sentence, brokers are the first call we make, two minutes. No permission question, no bad time question.
What is the ask?
The demo page, or the trial from that page with my link. Either way, text John.
Who texts whom?
Never you. The broker texts John.
