This is a referral program, not a job. If you know real estate agents, you introduce them to Listing AutomatEr, and Neoasis pays you when they subscribe. This page is a short overview. The kit itself, the training, and your personal link are sent by email once you apply and are approved.
Who this fits
Anyone who already knows real estate agents.
You do not need a license and you do not need experience selling anything. You need people you already know in real estate, in Arizona or Colorado today, with more states coming.
The pay
30 percent of every payment we collect for a customer's first 12 months, then 10 percent for as long as they stay, plus $50 on their first payment.
Commission only, independent contractor, no fee to join, nothing to buy. Statements twice a month. Payouts begin once the referral program review is complete. Full terms are on the rep page.
When you post about Listing AutomatEr, say in the post itself that you earn a commission if someone subscribes with your code. If you are a licensed agent, check your brokerage's outside income policy.

The rules
Two rules every rep agrees to.
- Agents may only post listings they have permission to market: their own brokerage, per that brokerage's own rules, or another brokerage's listings only after explicit permission from that listing agent or managing broker.
- No income or result numbers, ever. No bought or scraped lists. Every rep discloses they are a paid referral partner for Neoasis, and every rep is an independent contractor, not an employee.
