Your rep kit.
Welcome in, and thanks for signing. This is John, and this page is everything you need to introduce Listing AutomatEr. Your code arrived by email when you were approved, and it looks like REP-NAME07. Bookmark this page, because the kit gets updated here and not by email.
What you are introducing
One sentence. Say it on every call.
Listing AutomatEr is a desktop app that posts the listings an agent has permission to market to Facebook Marketplace on a schedule, with the brokerage's attribution on every post. Agents pay a monthly subscription, and it has listings across most of the country.
Agents post listings they have permission to market. Buyers who see the post message that agent directly, and that buyer becomes the agent's client, so the buyer side commission stays with the agent instead of a share going to a lead platform. That is what the agent pays a monthly subscription for.
The kit
Here is what is in the kit.
The call script
One page that runs gatekeeper, opener, the permission mechanic, attribution, the two asks, and the close. It is approved language you may use rather than a speech you have to read.
Open the call script →The objection sheet
The seven things brokers actually say with a plain answer to each, including the compliance question and the "we are not interested" that ends the call.
Open the objection sheet →The one page leave behind
The sheet you print or attach. It says what the app does, shows the three attribution lines the app writes, and carries the trial link with a blank for your code.
Read the leave behind → Download the one pager PDF (draft) →The follow up emails
Four emails on day 0, day 3, day 10, and day 21, sent one at a time from your own address. After the fourth you are done, with no texts and no bulk sends.
Open the follow up sequence →The training
The twenty minute training a new rep goes through once before the first call: the walk through, permission, the attribution, two role played calls, the six objections, the pay, and the hard stops.
Read the training → Take the training course →The demo login
A real account with real listings you can post from in front of a broker. Post one listing yourself before your first call and you will have seen it work.
Sent to you with your code. The agreement
Your signed copy, with the pay terms in section 3 and the list of things you may never say in section 6. Section 6 is worth reading twice before your first call.
Read the agreement (draft) →The sample post
What a broker's compliance person reads.
This is the sample post you send when a broker asks about compliance. The three attribution lines at the bottom are written by the app on every post. Fictional agent, fictional address, real wording.
The rules
The rules that get a rep dropped, so they are here too.
- No income, lead, or result numbers to anyone. The only numbers you may state are the percentage terms and the $50 first payment bounty on the FAQ, which end with "not a promise of earnings". No dollar examples of earnings, ever.
- No portal names and no listing service names. Say portals, say listings.
- It is always "listings the agent has permission to market", never "any listing".
- The app writes the attribution and the disclosure. It does not grant permission and it does not promise compliance.
- No prices or discounts other than the code we gave you. Never quote a price from memory.
- Say who you are: a paid referral partner for Neoasis, not an employee, not the agent's brokerage. Every call and every message discloses this.
- No cold email lists. Introduce people you already know, not a purchased or scraped list.
- No income or outcome claims of any kind, to anyone, ever.
- A violation of any rule here disables your code.
Your code and your statement
How the customer uses your code.
Give every broker your own trial link, which is listingautomater.com/reps/r/REP-NAME07 with your code in place of REP-NAME07. It opens the trial page with your code already attached, and the code is applied at checkout for them, so nobody has to type it. The plain link https://listingautomater.com/trial also works if they enter your code in the promo box at checkout. If a broker signs up without either, email info@listingautomater.com with the brokerage name that day.
Log every call at neoasis.ai/reps/log: your code, the brokerage, the outcome, a line of notes. It takes fifteen seconds and it is how a callback gets kept and how two reps never call the same office.
Your statement comes once a month for payments collected the month before, and you also get an email whenever a signup, a first payment, or a cancel lands on your code.
For questions, statements, a code that did not get entered, or anything at all, email info@listingautomater.com with "rep" and your code in the subject line.
