[Broker first name], the demo is five minutes at listingautomater.com/demo and shows the app posting a real listing. For a live chat, text John, the founder, at listingautomater.com/text. [Rep]
Day 21, last touch
Subject: Closing the loop
[Broker first name], I will stop here unless you tell me otherwise. If the timing changes, the trial link and my code are in the first email. [Rep]
When to stop
- After day 21, always.
- The moment anyone says stop. Log it and never email that office again.
- Not interested on the call: the one pager if allowed, nothing after.
The rule
Four emails, then done. No text messages. No bulk sends. The only text in the program is the broker texting John. Your own address. The one pager goes on day 0, your code written in the blank first.
