What you are introducing.
Your one job here: say what the app is in one sentence, and explain permission so a broker relaxes.
1. The one sentence, memorized
Examples and schedules here are optional. You choose your prospects, your channels, your words, and your hours.
Listing AutomatEr is a desktop app that posts the listings an agent has permission to market to Facebook Marketplace on a schedule, with the brokerage's attribution on every post.
Say it out loud twice now.
2. Permission, in plain words
The app posts only listings the agent is permitted to market: the office's own inventory under the broker's rules, or another brokerage's listing with that listing broker's permission first.
Permission comes from a brokerage, never from the app, Neoasis, or you. The app keeps the record and writes the attribution.
Never say any listing. Never say your listings unless it truly is the agent's own.
3. What a post looks like
Photos, price, a description, and three lines the app writes and the agent cannot skip:
Marketed by [Agent Name]
Listing courtesy of [Brokerage Name]
This is not my listing. I am marketing it on behalf of [Brokerage Name].
Line two can be a different company from line one. Buyers message the agent directly.
4. Who buys, and why
The managing broker approves it; the agents use it. Call the broker, who decides where inventory shows up and under whose name. The brokerage name in front of local buyers more often, from inventory they already have.
5. What it costs, and the trial
A monthly subscription per agent, cancel anytime, no refunds, free trial first. The price and trial length live on the pricing page. Read them off it before every call day and never quote a price from memory.
The trial starts at listingautomater.com/trial with your code at checkout: 10 percent off the customer's first three months. Mac and Windows. Listings across most of the country.
Before you go
Answer out loud, then open each.
