The brokerage call script.
Approved language you may use, not a speech you have to read word for word. Say it like you. Read the price off the pricing page before every call day. Never quote a price from memory or from this page; the checkout page is the only price.
Gatekeeper
Hi, this is [Rep] with Listing AutomatEr. I am trying to reach the managing broker, or whoever approves marketing tools for the office. Who would that be?
Opener, one sentence on what it does
Hi [Broker], [Rep] with Listing AutomatEr, and I get paid a referral fee if you sign up through me. Quick one: we make a desktop app that posts the listings an agent has permission to market to Facebook Marketplace on a schedule, with your brokerage's attribution on every post. Do you have two minutes for me to tell you why brokers are the first call we make?
Why brokers first, the permission mechanic plainly
The app only posts listings the agent is permitted to market. For your own agents that means your office's inventory, under whatever rules you set. For other brokerages' listings it means the agent has to get permission from that listing broker first. We built it that way on purpose, so the broker stays in control of where the inventory shows up.
Attribution
Every post carries two lines the app writes automatically: Marketed by the agent's name, and Listing courtesy of the brokerage that holds the listing, plus a plain disclosure that the agent is marketing on behalf of that brokerage. Your brokerage name is on every post your inventory appears in.
What is in it for the broker
Your agents get more conversations started from inventory you already have. You get your brokerage name in front of local buyers more often. And you set the rules; the app just follows them.
Pricing, read from the page and never from memory
It is a monthly subscription per agent. The current price and the free trial length are on the pricing page and I will put the link in my email. There is no contract and they can cancel anytime.
The ask, demo link or trial link, and text John for a live chat
Demo:The demo is recorded at listingautomater.com/demo. Watch it when you have five minutes, and your agents can start the trial from that page with my link.
Trial:Can I send you the trial link with my code so one or two of your agents can try it this week? I will follow up Friday to hear what they thought.
Live:If you want a live chat, text John, the founder, at listingautomater.com/text.
The link:Your trial link is listingautomater.com/reps/r/REP-NAME07 with your own code in place of REP-NAME07. Send that exact link. It carries your code to checkout so the broker never has to type it. There is no live demo, ever; the demo page is at listingautomater.com/demo, and a live chat is a text to John at listingautomater.com/text.

What is the best email for you? Sending it now. And if it is easier, who on your team is the most active on social? I would love to start with them.
Hard stops the rep never crosses
No income or lead numbers, ever. Never claim the product is compliant or promises compliance; say the app writes the attribution and the disclosure. No portal names. No listing service brand names or acronyms. Never say the app or Neoasis grants permission. Never say your listings; say listings your agents have permission to market.
