Referral program · Independent contractor · No fee to join · Anywhere in the USA

Know real estate agents? Introduce them and get paid.

Listing AutomatEr is a desktop app that posts the listings an agent has permission to market to Facebook Marketplace on a schedule, with the brokerage's attribution on every post. If you know agents or brokers, send them the product page and your link. When they subscribe, you are paid: 30 percent of every payment we collect for their first 12 months, then 10 percent for as long as they stay, plus $50 on their first payment. Statements twice a month; first payouts after the program's legal review clears. No fee to join, nothing to buy, nothing to pitch in person unless you want to.

Agents post listings they have permission to market. Buyers who see the post message that agent directly, and that buyer becomes the agent's client, so the buyer side commission stays with the agent instead of a share going to a lead platform. That is what the agent pays a monthly subscription for.

What you do, what you earn, what it costs you, and how you get your link.

What you do
Introduce agents and brokers you already know. Send the product page and your link. That is the whole job.
What you earn
30 percent of every payment we collect for a customer's first 12 months, then 10 percent for as long as they stay, plus $50 on their first payment. Statements twice a month; first payouts after the program's legal review clears. No fee to join, nothing to buy.
What it costs you
Nothing. No fee, nothing to buy, no salary, no draw. You are an independent contractor and you choose your own hours and methods.
How you get your link
Apply, sign online. You get your link and the kit by email the day you are approved.

What it costs you, in full. Nothing. No fee to apply, no fee to join, no starter kit, no sample, no deposit, and no subscription you have to buy. If anyone ever asks you for money in the name of this program, it is not us, and you should write to info@listingautomater.com. The customer pays for the app, never you.

Is this multi level marketing. No. Nobody is paid for recruiting other reps, there is no downline and no override, and every dollar paid out is a percentage of an invoice a customer paid for software. The long version, with the government pages that define the line, is on what this is not.

What you need, and who we are. A phone or a laptop, the people you already know in real estate, and the willingness to hear no. No real estate license is required. Neoasis LLC, 1500 N Grant St, Suite 10829, Denver, CO 80203. Founder: John Schuch. Listing AutomatEr is our own product: the desktop app that posts the listings an agent has permission to market to Facebook Marketplace on a schedule, and it is the thing you would be introducing.

The pay

30 percent of every payment we collect, for a year. Then 10 percent for as long as it lasts. Plus $50 on each customer's first payment.

30%

First 12 months

Of every payment we actually collect from every subscription started with your code, for that subscription's first 12 months.

10%

Month 13 onward

Of every payment collected after month 12, for as long as that subscription stays active. If you leave the program, the subscriptions already started with your code keep paying you, for the life of those subscriptions.

$50

First payment bounty

Carved out of the first payment we collect from each new subscription your code starts, on top of the 30 percent. No cap, no quota, on every subscription, for as long as the terms above run.

Commission only. You are paid out of what we collect, after we collect it: each amount lands on the next statement, twice a month, after the customer's money does. No salary, no draw, no hourly pay, no sign on bonus, no pay per call or per demo, no fee to join, no purchase required. Independent contractor. Commission is calculated on the amount collected after any discount, and neither commission nor the bounty is earned on trials, unpaid invoices, or failed charges. Customers can also pay for a year up front, and your 30 percent of that payment is paid in twelve monthly parts, one per statement month, so a refund never claws back a year at once. Current subscription pricing is on the pricing page; that page is the only price.

What you do

One sentence, the product page, and your link.

You introduce the agents and brokers you already know to Listing AutomatEr, one of the apps at neoasis.ai. You tell them what it does, plainly: it posts the listings their agents have permission to market to Facebook Marketplace on a schedule, and every post carries the brokerage's name. Then you send them the product page and your link. The product page does the explaining.

Every subscription that starts on your link is yours. You get an email when someone signs up, when the first payment lands, and if they cancel. Twice a month you get a statement and a bank transfer for what we collected.

You set your own hours and methods. No quotas, no required schedule, no exclusivity, no scripts you have to follow. You can work for anyone else at the same time.

Who fits

People who already talk to agents and brokers.

This fits you if you are

  • A real estate photographer, a transaction coordinator, or a marketing freelancer who works with agents every week.
  • A licensed agent with side time who knows brokers by name.
  • Anyone who already talks to agents and brokers and can send one introduction on your own schedule.

This does not fit you if

  • You need a paycheck before the first customer pays. This is commission only, and it is written that way in the agreement you sign.
  • You want to send bulk email or text messages. Referrers never do that on our behalf.
  • You want to promise agents results. We describe what the app does. Nobody promises outcomes.

What you get

Your link, the product page, and a kit you can ignore.

01

Your link and code

Ready after you are approved and sign. Anyone who starts a trial from it is attributed to you, tracked automatically.

02

The product page

The link you send. It shows the app, the permission mechanic, and the attribution on every post.

03

The one sentence

What the app does, in words you can paste into a text message or say out loud.

04

Kit and training

Optional, if you want more than the one sentence and the demo. Your link and kit come by email the day you are approved.

Questions

The short answers.

Is there any cost to join?+
No. No fee, no purchase, no starter kit to buy. You are paid a commission on subscriptions your code starts. That is the whole arrangement. The longer answer, including why this is not multi level marketing and the government pages that define that line, is on what this is not.
When and how am I paid?+
By bank transfer, with a statement twice a month. You are paid out of what we collect, after we collect it, so each amount lands on the next statement after the customer's money does. The statement shows each customer, each payment, the $50 bounty on each first payment, and your commission. We need a W9 from you before the first payment.
When does the first money actually arrive, and has anyone been paid yet?+
You should know the path before you apply. The customer's free trial comes first, then their first payment, then that payment goes on the next statement, twice a month, so under the current terms the first statement with money on it arrives about two to four weeks after the first payment. The program opened in September 2026 and no rep has been paid under it yet. These are the terms today, and if they change the agreement page changes with them.
What if a customer cancels or gets a refund?+
If a payment is refunded, disputed, or reversed, any commission or bounty already paid on it comes off your next statement. If a subscription cancels or is refunded within 30 days of its first payment, no commission and no bounty is earned on it. While a dispute is open, the unpaid part is held and shown on your statement at zero until it is resolved. Money we never collected is never commissioned.
Do I have to be a licensed agent?+
No. Licensed agents tend to know brokers already, which helps, but this is an introduction to a piece of software, not a real estate transaction. Photographers, transaction coordinators, and marketing freelancers fit the same way.
What can I say?+
What the app does, in the one sentence we give you, plus the product page. You tell people you are paid if they subscribe through your link. You may not promise income, lead counts, or results. You may not offer discounts other than your code. You may not name any listing portal or listing service. And you never tell anyone that we, or you, can grant permission to market a listing. Permission always comes from the listing brokerage.
Can I keep my other work?+
Yes. This is not exclusive, and it is not a job with hours or quotas. You can work for anyone else, including other software companies, at the same time. Either side can end the agreement with written notice, and commissions on subscriptions you already started keep paying under the agreement's terms.
