Referral program · Independent contractor · Commission only

Referral partner terms.

These are the full terms of the Listing AutomatEr referral program, in plain words. Read this before you apply. The offer itself is on the rep page; the questions are on the rep FAQ.

1. Independent contractor status

You are an independent contractor, not an employee.

Referring under this program does not make you an employee of Neoasis LLC. There are no benefits, no withholding, and no unemployment or workers compensation coverage. You are responsible for your own self employment tax and any other tax that applies to what you are paid. You set your own hours and methods, and the agreement is not exclusive.

2. No purchase required

There is no fee to join and nothing to buy.

No fee to apply, no fee to join, no starter kit or sample to purchase, no deposit, and no subscription you have to buy to participate. If anyone ever asks you for money in the name of this program, it is not us.

3. Commission terms

30 percent of every payment we collect, for a year. Then 10 percent for as long as it lasts. Plus $50 on each customer's first payment.

Listing AutomatEr is a desktop app that posts the listings an agent has permission to market to Facebook Marketplace on a schedule, with the brokerage's attribution on every post. If you know agents or brokers, send them the demo page and your link. When they subscribe, you are paid: 30 percent of every payment we collect for their first 12 months, then 10 percent for as long as they stay, plus $50 on their first payment. Statements twice a month. Payouts begin once the referral program review is complete. No fee to join, nothing to buy.

Your code's discount is not accepted on the annual plan; it applies only on the monthly plan. Commission is calculated on the amount collected after any discount, never on trials or failed charges, and a customer who cancels or refunds within 30 days earns nothing.

Commission only. You are paid out of what we collect, after we collect it: each amount lands on the next statement (the 1st and the 16th) after the customer's money does. No salary, no draw, no hourly pay, no sign on bonus, no pay per call or per demo. Independent contractor. Current subscription pricing is on the pricing page.

4. Refunds and clawback

Nothing is earned on money we never collected.

Your commission on a subscription stops when its payments stop. You keep everything already earned on payments we already collected. Nothing is earned on a trial that never converts or a charge that fails. If a payment we already paid you on is later refunded or disputed, that amount comes off your next statement, including any bounty tied to it.

5. The 30 day rule

Cancel or refund within 30 days, and nothing is earned on it.

If a subscription cancels or is refunded within 30 days of its first payment, no commission and no bounty is earned on it at all.

6. Disclosure obligation

Say who you are, every time.

You must state that you are a paid referral partner any time you talk about Listing AutomatEr. The sentence to use is:

"I am a paid referral partner for Listing AutomatEr and earn a commission if you subscribe through my link."

When you post about Listing AutomatEr, say in the post itself that you earn a commission if someone subscribes with your code. If you are a licensed agent, check your brokerage's outside income policy.

7. Conduct rules

The rules that get a rep dropped.

  • No bought or cold email lists. You reach people you already know.
  • No income, lead, or result numbers to anyone. The only numbers you may state are the percentage terms and the $50 first payment bounty above, which are contract terms, not a promise of earnings.
  • No portal names and no listing service names. Say portals, say listings.
  • It is always "listings the agent has permission to market," never "any listing."
  • Permission framing and attribution, always. The app writes the attribution and the disclosure. It does not grant permission and it does not promise compliance.
  • Disclose your paid status, always, using the sentence in section 6.
  • A violation ends your authority to start new subscriptions after a written notice and a written reply step; commission already earned is paid.

8. Termination and code disable

Neoasis can end this at its discretion.

Neoasis LLC can terminate the referral relationship and disable your referral code at its discretion, including for a violation of the conduct rules above. You can stop referring at any time. If the relationship ends for any reason other than a breach of the conduct rules, commissions on subscriptions already started with your code keep paying under the agreement for the life of those subscriptions.

9. No gag clause

You can talk about your experience with the program.

Nothing in this agreement prevents you from discussing your experience with the referral program, including publicly.

10. Governing law

Colorado law governs this agreement.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

11. W9 required

No payment until your W9 is on file.

No payment is made until you have a completed IRS Form W9 on file with us. Submitting your W9 does not by itself entitle you to payment; payment still follows the commission terms above.
