Listing AutomatEr is a desktop app for real estate agents, Mac and Windows. It posts the listings you have permission to market to Facebook Marketplace on a schedule and writes the brokerage's attribution and the disclosure on every post.

Permission
An agent confirms their own brokerage allows this marketing, and for a listing another brokerage holds, gets written permission from that listing agent or managing broker. The app builds the Facebook Marketplace post, puts the agent's name on it as the person marketing the home, credits the brokerage that holds the listing, and includes the required disclosure line, then publishes on a schedule.
Permission is the agent's responsibility and stays that way. The software formats and transmits what the agent chooses to publish. It does not obtain permission, it does not decide whether the agent has permission, and it does not make an advertisement compliant.
