Data Deletion
Last updated 19 August 2026
What this covers
Neoasis LLC builds software that can publish content to social media accounts. A connection is only ever created by your own explicit authorization, and you can end it at any time. This page explains how to have the data we hold about you deleted.
What gets deleted
- Stored access credentials, including access tokens and refresh tokens, for every account you connected.
- The account identifiers we hold for those connections, such as the account or page identifier, the account name, and the profile image the platform supplied.
- Content you created, uploaded, generated, or approved that we are holding, including text, images, and video.
- Publishing records and activity logs tied to you, including what was published, when, and whether it succeeded.
- Your account profile, where you have an account, including name and email address.
- Correspondence you sent us, on request.
Data connected to your social accounts
We never receive or store your social media password. We do not collect your private messages, your friends or followers, your contact lists, or personal profile data beyond the account identifiers listed above. The only data we hold in connection with a social account is what is described on this page, and a deletion request removes all of it from our servers.
Disconnecting, which you can do yourself right now
Deleting your data and disconnecting an account are two separate things, and you can do either one on its own. To stop all further publishing immediately, without waiting on us, remove the authorization from the platform itself:
- Facebook and Instagram. Settings, then Apps and Websites, then remove the app.
- Google and YouTube. The permissions page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
- In the product. Open the connected accounts area and disconnect the account. The stored credentials for that account are deleted when you do.
Once revoked on the platform, the credential stops working immediately and nothing further can be published. Disconnecting on its own does not delete the records already stored, so email us as described above if you want those removed too.
What deletion does not reach
- Posts already published to your own accounts. They belong to you and stay on the platform. You can edit or remove them there.
- Data held by the platform. What Meta, Google, or any other platform holds is governed by that platform's own policy, not ours.
- Records the law requires us to keep, such as financial records. These are retained only for the period the law requires, and then deleted.
- Data held by a separate Neoasis LLC product. Listing AutomatEr keeps its own records and has its own deletion process at listingautomater.com/data-deletion. If you want both, say so in your email and we will handle both.
