Privacy Policy

The short version
We collect as little as we can. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone. If you connect a social account, you are the one who authorizes it, we publish only what you create or approve, and you can disconnect and delete your data at any time. How to do that is in the data deletion section below and on our data deletion page.
1. Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply, and we keep it only as long as that correspondence needs it.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host records standard request information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of request. This is used for security and to keep the site running.
- Account information, where an account exists. If you create an account in a Neoasis LLC product, we collect the name and email address you give us, so we can identify you and provide the service.
- Connected account information. Described in full in section 2.
This website does not require registration, does not build advertising profiles, and does not use tracking that follows you to other websites.
2. Connected social accounts and publishing
Neoasis LLC software can publish content to social media accounts. A connection is only ever created by an explicit, deliberate authorization. You start it, you see what is being requested, and you grant it through the platform's own authorization screen. We never connect an account without that step, and we never ask you for your social media password.
Two different situations are covered here, and both work the same way:
- Our own accounts. Neoasis LLC publishes its own marketing content to social media accounts that Neoasis LLC owns and administers.
- Your accounts, with your authorization. Where a Neoasis LLC product offers it, you may connect your own social accounts so the product can publish content that you create or approve.
What we store for a connected account
- Access credentials. The access token, and where the platform issues one, the refresh token, returned by the platform when you authorize the connection. These are stored so the product can publish when you tell it to. They are transmitted over encrypted connections, access to them is restricted, and they are never shared with anyone outside the service providers that operate the product for us.
- Account identifiers. The identifiers the platform returns so we can show you which account is connected and publish to the right place. This is typically an account or page identifier, the account name or handle, and the profile image the platform supplies.
- Content you create or approve. The text, images, and video you write, upload, generate, or approve for publishing, held so the product can schedule it, publish it, and show you what was published.
- Publishing records. Whether a publish succeeded or failed, when it happened, the account it went to, and any error the platform returned, so you can see the status of your own posts and so we can fix problems.
What we do not do
- We do not publish anything you have not created or approved.
- We do not read, collect, or store your private messages.
- We do not collect your friends, followers, contact lists, or personal profile data beyond the account identifiers described above.
- We do not access accounts belonging to anyone who has not authorized us.
- We do not request permissions beyond what publishing on your instruction requires.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade this information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
- We do not use your content to train artificial intelligence models.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect a connected account at any time, and you do not need our permission or our help to do it. There are two independent routes, and either one is enough to stop all further publishing:
- In the product. Open the connected accounts area and disconnect the account. We delete the stored access credentials for that account when you do.
- On the platform. Remove the authorization from the platform's own settings. On Facebook and Instagram this is Settings, then Apps and Websites. On Google and YouTube it is the permissions page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Once revoked there, the credential stops working immediately and nothing further can be published.
Disconnecting stops future publishing. It does not by itself delete the records already stored, and it does not remove posts already published to your account, which remain yours to edit or remove on the platform. To have the stored records deleted as well, see section 4.
3. YouTube API Services
Where a Neoasis LLC product publishes video to YouTube, it uses YouTube API Services. Google's own handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and use of the integration is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
The integration requests one permission, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload. That permission allows a video to be placed on the authorizing channel. It does not carry the ability to read, collect, or store information about other YouTube users, other channels, or videos belonging to anyone else, and we do not request any permission that would.
- What we access and store. The access credential for the authorizing account, and the video files, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails created for that channel.
- How we use it. Only to publish video to the channel that authorized the connection.
- How we share it. The upload goes to Google so that Google can carry it out. Beyond that we do not share this information with anyone.
- How long we keep it. The access credential is kept only while the connection is in use, and is deleted once it is revoked or no longer needed.
- Advertising and devices. We do not allow third parties to serve content or advertisements through this integration. This website does not place cookies or similar technology on your device, and neither does the integration.
Access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
4. Data deletion
You can have your data deleted at any time, and you do not need an account or a login to ask. Full instructions are on our dedicated data deletion page.
How to request it. Email hello@neoasis.ai with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Send it from the email address on the account where there is one, so we can verify the request. We acknowledge every request, and we complete verified deletions within 30 days.
What we delete.
- Stored access and refresh credentials for every connected account.
- The account identifiers we hold for those connected accounts.
- Content you created, uploaded, or approved that we are holding.
- Publishing records and activity logs tied to you.
- Your account profile, where an account exists.
- Correspondence you sent us, on request.
What deletion does not reach.
- Posts already published to your own social accounts belong to you and stay on the platform. You can remove them there.
- Data held by the platform itself, such as Meta or Google, is governed by that platform's own policy, not ours.
- Records we are required by law to keep, such as financial records, are retained for the period the law requires and then deleted.
5. How we use information
To respond to messages you send us, to operate and secure this website and our products, to publish content to accounts as described in section 2, and to meet legal obligations. That is the complete list.
6. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with service providers that operate our website and products on our behalf, such as hosting, storage, and email providers, and only as needed for them to provide that service. Those providers are not permitted to use the information for their own purposes. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Neoasis LLC, the people who use our products, or the public. If the company were ever party to a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information could transfer as part of that, and you would be notified of any change in how it is handled.
7. Do not sell my personal information
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state privacy laws, consumers have the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information. We do not sell your personal information. Neoasis LLC does not sell, rent, lease, or trade personal data to third parties for money or other valuable consideration. If our practices ever change, we will update this policy and provide a clear way to opt out before any sale takes place.
8. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and then delete it. Access credentials are kept only while a connection is active, and are deleted when you disconnect the account or when the credential is revoked.
9. Security
We use standard security practices, including encrypted transmission over TLS, authentication on every request that touches your data, and access limited to what is needed to operate the service. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, and destruction. If a breach ever compromises personal information, we will notify affected people by email within 72 hours of discovering it, and report it to regulators where the law requires.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to request correction, to request deletion, to request an export in a commonly used format, and to object to certain processing. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email hello@neoasis.ai. We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond substantively within 30 days.
11. Children
Our website and products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.
12. International visitors
Neoasis LLC operates in the United States. If you access this site or use our products from elsewhere, the information described above may be processed in the United States.
13. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes we will give notice by email or within the product.
