Listing AutomatEr is a desktop app that posts the listings an agent has permission to market to Facebook Marketplace on a schedule. One course is for using it and one is for referring it.

  1. Use it

    For agents, the use it course covers the one sentence, what permission means, what a post looks like, and what it costs, in about fifteen minutes, then the demo page.

    For referrers, the refer it course covers who you already know, the one sentence, the demo, the follow up, and how you are paid. It is optional: your link works the minute you sign.

    You are paid 30 percent of every payment we collect for a customer's first 12 months, then 10 percent for as long as they stay, plus a bounty on their first payment. Statements twice a month; first payouts after the program's legal review clears. No fee to join, nothing to buy.
