Terms of Use
Last updated 19 August 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing this website, or by connecting an account to Neoasis LLC software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the software. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
2. What this site is
This is an informational website about Neoasis LLC. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a contract, professional advice, or a guarantee of any outcome.
3. Connected accounts and publishing
Neoasis LLC software can publish content to social media accounts. A connection is created only by your own explicit authorization through the platform's own authorization screen, and it can be withdrawn by you at any time, either inside the product or from the platform's own settings. What we store for a connected account, and how to remove it, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Your responsibilities
- You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to act for.
- You are the publisher of the content you send through the software. You are responsible for what it says, for the rights in any text, image, or video you upload, and for its accuracy.
- You are responsible for following the terms, policies, and advertising rules of each platform you publish to, including its rules on automation, disclosure, and prohibited content.
- You are responsible for keeping your own account credentials secure.
- You will not use the software to publish unlawful content, to impersonate anyone, to send spam, or to harass or deceive.
What we do
We publish what you create or approve, to the account you connected, when you tell us to. We do not publish content you have not created or approved, and we do not act on accounts that have not been authorized.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you create and upload. You grant Neoasis LLC only the limited permission needed to store, process, format, and transmit that content in order to publish it to the account you chose, and that permission ends when you delete the content or close the connection. We do not use your content to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not sell it.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design, and marks on this site are owned by Neoasis LLC or used with permission, and are protected by applicable law. You may view and share the content for personal, noncommercial purposes with attribution. You may not copy it for commercial use, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation, without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use this site or our software to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to any connected system, to interfere with its operation, or to collect information from it by automated means without permission.
7. Platform terms and platform risk
Social media platforms set their own rules and change them without notice. Neoasis LLC software is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any platform it connects to. We do not control any platform, and we cannot guarantee that a platform will remain available, that its developer interfaces will continue to work as they do today, that a particular post will be accepted or remain visible, or that a platform will not restrict an account. Your relationship with each platform is governed by that platform's own terms.
8. YouTube API Services
Where a Neoasis LLC product publishes video to YouTube, that integration uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. What the integration accesses and stores, and how access can be revoked, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
9. Third party links and services
This site may link to sites we do not operate, and our software relies on services we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
10. No warranty
This site and our software are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error free, that any particular result will be achieved, or that the information on this site is complete or current.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neoasis LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site or our software.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the site at any time, and you may disconnect any connected account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if the law requires it, or if continued access would put the service or other people at risk. On termination, the rights granted to you here end, and you can request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or the software after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
15. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent, and we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Nothing here creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship between us. The sections on intellectual property, warranties, liability, and governing law survive termination.
