What you do, what you earn, what it costs you, and how you get your link.

What you do: Introduce agents and brokers you already know. Send the demo and your link. That is the whole job. When you post about Listing AutomatEr, say in the post itself that you earn a commission if someone subscribes with your code. If you are a licensed agent, check your brokerage's outside income policy.
What you earn: 30 percent of every payment we collect from the agents who subscribe with your link, for their first 12 months, then 10 percent for as long as they stay, plus $50 on their first payment. What it costs you: Nothing. No fee, nothing to buy, no salary, no draw. You are an independent contractor and you choose your own hours; the conduct rules in the terms govern how you reach people.
How you get your link: Apply, then sign online. Your link turns on the moment you sign, and the kit lands in the same email.

What it costs you, in full. Nothing. No fee to apply, no fee to join, no starter kit, no sample, no deposit, and no subscription you have to buy. If anyone ever asks you for money in the name of this program, it is not us, and you should write to info@neoasis.ai. The customer pays for the app, never you.

Is this multi level marketing. No. Nobody is paid for recruiting other reps, there is no downline and no override, and every dollar paid out is a percentage of an invoice a customer paid for software. The long version, with the government pages that define the line, is on what this is not.

The pay

30 percent of every payment we collect from the agents who subscribe with your link, for a year. Then 10 percent for as long as it lasts. Plus $50 on each customer's first payment.

How the pay works, in plain words.

An agent you introduced starts a free trial from your link. A trial pays nothing.
When the trial turns into a paid subscription and we collect the first payment, you earn 30 percent of it, plus the $50 first payment bounty on top.
For that subscription's first 12 months you earn 30 percent of every payment we collect from it. After month 12 you earn 10 percent of every payment, for as long as that subscription stays active.
Your code gives the customer 10 percent off their first three months, on the monthly plan only. Your share is figured on what we actually collect after the discount.
If a customer pays for a year up front, your 30 percent of that payment is paid in twelve equal monthly parts.
Money lands on the next statement after the customer's money does. Statements go out on the 1st and the 16th, paid by bank transfer, and your completed W9 has to be on file before the first payment.
If a subscription cancels or is refunded within 30 days of its first payment, nothing is earned on it. If a payment we already paid you on is later refunded or disputed, that amount comes off your next statement.

That is all of it. No salary, no draw, no pay per call or per demo, and nobody is paid for recruiting other reps. If the relationship ends for any reason other than a breach of the conduct rules, the subscriptions already started with your code keep paying you.

Straight talk. This program is new. It opened in September 2026 and no rep has been paid under it yet. Payouts begin once the referral program review is complete, and the terms and timing are published at neoasis.ai/reps/terms. The first money can only arrive after an agent's trial ends and their first payment is collected, and then it waits for the next statement. If you need income before that, this is not the right fit today. Everything on this page is the offer as written now, and if it changes, the agreement page changes with it.

Your code's discount is not accepted on the annual plan; it applies only on the monthly plan. Commission is calculated on the amount collected after any discount, never on trials or failed charges, and a customer who cancels or refunds within 30 days earns nothing.

What you do

You introduce the agents and brokers you already know to Listing AutomatEr, one of the apps at neoasis.ai. You tell them plainly what it does: it posts the listings their agents have permission to market to Facebook Marketplace on a schedule, and every post carries the brokerage's name. Then you send them the demo page and your link. The demo does the explaining.

Every subscription that starts on your link is yours. You get an email when someone signs up, when the first payment lands, and if they cancel. On the 1st and the 16th you get a statement and a bank transfer for what we collected.

You set your own hours; the conduct rules in section 7 of the referral partner terms govern how you reach people. No quotas, no required schedule, no exclusivity, no scripts you have to follow. You can work for anyone else at the same time.

A day as a rep

Pick your offices. Reach them as yourself. Send the demo. Know your answers.

Your territory: You can live anywhere in the USA. The app is live in Arizona and Colorado today, so your first introductions go to offices and agents there. More states can go live quickly. If the offices you know are in another state, write to info@neoasis.ai and say where.
Your demo kit: Where we have built one for an office, your kit includes a private demo made from that office's own active listings: sample posts carrying that brokerage's name, so the broker sees their own homes in the app. It is a preview. Nothing is posted anywhere.
Your objection library: The seven things brokers actually say, each with a plain answer: compliance, a brokerage policy against outside marketing, platform risk, price, already having leads, "send me something," and "not interested." The answers never promise how a platform behaves. The last one ends the conversation. No second pitch.
Your rhythm: Pick a few offices. Reach each one as yourself, one at a time, by phone or a one to one message. Send the demo and your link, log the call, follow up once, then stop. You choose your hours. No quotas, no bulk email, no bulk text, no bought lists.

Say who you are, every time. You tell people you are a paid referral partner and earn a commission if they subscribe through your link. That sentence is in the terms, word for word.

The short answers.

Is there any cost to join?+

No. No fee, no purchase, no starter kit to buy. You are paid a commission on subscriptions your code starts. That is the whole arrangement. The longer answer, including why this is not multi level marketing and the government pages that define that line, is on what this is not.

When and how am I paid?+

By bank transfer, with a statement on the 1st and the 16th. You are paid out of what we collect, after we collect it, so each amount lands on the next statement after the customer's money does. The statement shows each customer, each payment, the $50 bounty on each first payment, and your commission. We need a W9 from you before the first payment.

When does the first money actually arrive, and has anyone been paid yet?+

You should know the path before you apply. The customer's free trial comes first, then their first payment, then that payment goes on the next statement (the 1st and the 16th), so under the current terms the first statement with money on it arrives within about two weeks of the first payment. What if a customer cancels or gets a refund?+

If a payment is refunded, disputed, or reversed, any commission or bounty already paid on it comes off your next statement. If a subscription cancels or is refunded within 30 days of its first payment, no commission and no bounty is earned on it. While a dispute is open, the unpaid part is held and shown on your statement at zero until it is resolved. Money we never collected is never commissioned.

Do I have to be a licensed agent?+

No. Licensed agents tend to know brokers already, which helps, but this is an introduction to a piece of software, not a real estate transaction. Photographers, transaction coordinators, and marketing freelancers fit the same way.

What can I say?+

What the app does, in the one sentence we give you, plus the demo page. You tell people you are paid if they subscribe through your link. You may not promise income, lead counts, or results. You may not offer discounts other than your code. You may not name any listing portal or listing service. And you never tell anyone that we, or you, can grant permission to market a listing. Permission always comes from the listing brokerage.

Can I keep my other work?+

Yes. This is not exclusive, and it is not a job with hours or quotas. You can work for anyone else, including other software companies, at the same time. Either side can end the agreement with written notice, and commissions on subscriptions you already started keep paying under the agreement's terms.

Which states can I work in?+

You can live anywhere in the USA. The app is live in Arizona and Colorado today, so your first introductions go to offices and agents there. More states can go live quickly. If the offices you know are in another state, write to info@neoasis.ai and say where.

What does a day look like, and how many hours?+

That is yours to set. There are no quotas and no required schedule. A working day is picking a few offices, reaching each one as yourself, sending the demo and your link, answering objections from the library, logging the call, and following up once. Then stop. No bulk email, no bulk text, no bought lists.

Is my English good enough?+

You will be talking to U.S. brokers, so clear, correct English in writing and on the phone is the bar. If you can write a clear paragraph and hold a phone conversation with a stranger without strain, you meet it.

What if a broker says no?+

Thank them for the two minutes, offer to leave the one pager in case an agent asks, and stop. No second pitch. That rule is in the objection library and it is not a suggestion.
